With over 20 years of experience, José Renato has built a solid career in corporate law, always guided by the commitment to protect and drive businesses. He has worked in large specialized firms and in corporate legal management, becoming a reference in tax, corporate, and asset protection strategies.
He was a Judge of the Tax and Fees Court (TIT) in São Paulo, appointed by FIESP (biennium 2014/2015), and Judge on the Tax Appeals Board of Campinas-SP, appointed by the OAB. Currently, he is a Counselor of the Superior Council of Law at FECOMERCIO-SP.
Doctor, Master, and Specialist in Tax Law from PUC-SP, with a specialization in Law & Economics from UNICAMP. Professor and speaker at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBET) and Facamp, he actively contributes to the education of new professionals and the dissemination of legal knowledge.
