Over more than two decades, Fernando Castellani has dedicated himself to taking care of companies’ financial and structural health, leading judicial recovery processes, in addition to practicing Corporate and Tax Law. With a strategic outlook and experience in executive roles and legal advisory, he has become an essential ally for transforming businesses.
He was a Counselor of CARF (Ministry of Finance, Brasília), appointed by CNI, and currently sits on the Superior Council of Law at FECOMERCIO-SP. He is also the Legal Director of FIESP, consolidating his influence in the corporate legal scene.
Doctor and Master in Tax Law from PUC-SP, he holds specializations from IBET, FGV-SP, and an LLM in Corporate Law from INSPER-SP. As a professor and speaker, he shares his experience in renowned courses, contributing to the strengthening of corporate law practice in Brazil. Author of several books and articles, Fernando combines knowledge and empathy to guide companies with security and a vision for the future.
